I would give ZERO stars if I could. AMR charges ridiculously high for a five minute drive to the hospital. And then it has taken over a YEAR for them to actually bill my insurance! They still HAVEN'T done it. I will drive myself to the hospital next time even if I am half alive.
I can't imagine having received better care from the AMR team! In this particular case I was involved in a terrible ATV accident clear up the rat lake trailhead. I broke my a humorous clear in half and several bones in my spine so you can imagine I was screaming bloody murder at the entire time. On the way down Graham held my hand in the most awkward possible position for him but it kept me in as much comfort as was possible in the moment he did this for two and a half hours selflessly. GIVE ME BACK MY GLASSES
Got my bill six months later, the day it was due, by text message. No other communication from them whatsoever. They completely failed to enter my insurance information (provided to them at the time) and their sorry excuse for a website won't allow entry of the information.
