Spent 12 hours shift as an EMT Austin Student with AMR Waco on more than 9 calls, and i can assure you that tney are extremely professional and patient care oriented. Rob & Shelby were extremely qualified and in every calls, they shown complete patients dedication & care !
AMR Ambulance Service pick me up Wednesday to take me to Hillcrest emergency room. Stephanie and David were the EMTs and they were fantastic. Very professional, patient and gentle with me. I was in a lot of pain. I just want them to know how much I appreciated them.
So very rude to me Lady very rude to me i had Asthma Attacks when i come out of from it. Kick me out of the Truck # 107. Time was 8:02PM staff said they hate mexican like me. Old Dallas street in Waco Texas. They said hates Special Needs People. So very unfortunately.
81 year old father fell outside in 100 degree weather AMR took 45 minutes to respond in town. This happened 2.5 miles away from Baylor Scott and white hospital. He broke his hip !!!
