Worst possible service! They do not have anyone in this country to handle customer service and they can't even understand English! I had to transport my wife because of covid. They sent a bill but my insurance would not pay. I have no problem with paying them. They would not discuss a payment plan. I was told to have my insurance company get in touch.I have made payments but it is apparently not good enough since I have been turned over to a collection service. I have tried to correct the owners of the deep dark chocolate cake recipe and frosting. It seems a treasure trove of personal recipes and heirlooms were stolen from a precious woman; who lived basically for research and goodness in a KS farm house not that long ago.
