The people who work in the ambulances were good. Polite and nice. However, cost was outrageous. I only had an IV in the car on the way to the hospital. And some monitoring of blood pressure and oxygen, but the charge was 5500 bucks. I wonder if the company pay well their workers as the company must be making so much...

911 was called Sunday morning to my home I had cracked my head open and it was gushing blood so fire and Ambo showed up. Fire was the quick and ambo right after. AMR paramedics were Estella and Nate and they were great. Very through and bedside manners were especially caring. Great Job goes out to Estella and Nate may have been bus 23??? Thank Y’all

I made contact with a unit to give them the heads up about a life threatening medical condition since I am now in their service area. To try to keep them from walking into a situation blind. and they blew me off As a former paramedic supervisor I have never encountered such an extremely dangerous and unprofessional attitude in my entire life That arrogant attitude endangers life’s and as no place in this profession And I am now questioning if that attitude is Prevalent in their organization
