They've been notified numerous times by my insurance provider I have no responsibility to them and yet they continue to inundate me through text and mail. The service itself was horrible. CalFire was first on the scene and were amazing but as soon as AMR took over things went south. I was in intense pain but handled roughly. The situation was not a "get to the hospital now or die" situation but they drove fast and roughly causing increased pain. They charged for a bunch of things that were not necessary or requested.

I got a ride with them yesterday from my apartment to Dominican Hospital. The two women who drove me were excellent! The one woman Kylie made sure I was very comfortable and was very kind to me. I would recommend this company. I’m not sure who was driving these other people who left reviews but the two women that drove me did not take a longer route to the hospital. They were just concerned of to get me here quickly since I was having breathing problems.

What a bunch of scammers. Basically did nothing else for me other than giving me a ride to the ER when I was having a panic attack and charged me 4k. You all might as well just straight up steal at that point.

$3669.08 for a 2.1 mile ride to Dominican Hospital. The basic rate is $ 3335.00 the rest was “mileage”. They charged $111.22 per “unit, and our bill had 3 units on it? There was a shorter route, 2 miles, and they do charge by the mile! There was no “life Support”, oxygen, etc. used. most incompetent billing department i’ve ever encountered, they cashed a check a month ago and apparently still don’t have any record of it??
