This company is robbing my friend , my friend is having to deal with multiple bills , thousands of dollars already paid and now dealing with a collection company with a bill , he already paid. Horrible.

My issue is the billing. We have been hit with random bill after bill after bill for nearly a year after our daughter's trip in a amr ambulance. Just when we get one paid off they claim another was on hold and now released so we owe more. When we try and talk with them about anything it's like we are causing trouble and get no help or assistance. Plus for a simple ambulance ride it's costing us well over 10,000 dollars for some god forsaken reason. Highway robbery. False bills is what it feels like. I would drive myself to t... read more

If I could give AMR 0 stars I would. Our son was transported from one metro area NICU to Children’s NICU in June 2020. We JUST (3/2023) received a call from a collection agency for a bill we never received. Not to mention, the bill was never submitted to either of the insurance carriers our son is covered by. Every phone call is a dead end. They had to have a demographics page to transport our son, which included his name, dob, our names, phone number and home address. As well as insurance information.
