LUKA TOMI, a driver with AMR, moved me from Medical Center of Aurora to Sloan's Lake Rehab. LUKA had to wait for me to get my final medications for 1/2 hr. and never showed any impatience nor did I feel rushed. He couldn't have been more kind and knew I was old and in pain with a broken ankle. He's a big bruser of a guy who was so careful to get me and my wheelchair secured before we started west fit 45 min. I will start with I've managed transportation departments for over 10 years. Do not use AMR to transport yourself or a loved on. I work at a senior living community in Colorado. Today we had a resident come to our campus from the hospital. Some times people are not thrilled with moving into a community or going to rehab. This particular resident was not happy and I was trying to assist the family and reassure the resident to feel safe and secure. This company is robbing my friend , my friend is having to deal with multiple bills , thousands of dollars already paid and now dealing with a collection company with a bill , he already paid. Horrible.

My issue is the billing. We have been hit with random bill after bill after bill for nearly a year after our daughter's trip in a amr ambulance. Just when we get one paid off they claim another was on hold and now released so we owe more. When we try and talk with them about anything it's like we are causing trouble and get no help or assistance.
