Horrible customer service. Waited nearly 12 hours. Was told 4 to 6 hours. No way to run a business.

This company is incapable of proper insurance and Medicaid billing, and seemingly doesn't know insurance laws. All the bills come from either incompetent or morally bankrupt, unethical New Yorkers in Florida.
Don't understand (or are too lazy or crooked) to bill Medicaid. At one point, left my Grandmother sitting on the concrete in her garage when they dropped her off to a locked house. Unbelievably incompetent.
Don't know anything about billing but I know The Paramedics Are Really Nice!
