Terrible company, their employees may do a good job, however their predatory billing practices bilked my son out of thousands of dollars for a half block transport. He was not even given an iv and was charged thousands of dollars. I hope they are replaced every where.

Horrible communication . Confirmed a pickup for someone last week . And was told they would be here to take a patient 3 hours away for a very urgent appointment matter .no one told us that they would no longer be able to accommodate until it was past the pick up time and since no one called to inform us we called to which we were informed there would be no pickup to accommodate the ride and was informed the notes had said this since the day before . Doesn’t take Toyota insurance! This place is a complete fraud and scam. I cannot believe our city is allowing this. In your time of crisis and need, they are the face of greed.
Billed wrong insurance company. Tried to get them to bill correct one. No one would take info. 90 yo paid over $2000 when she pays a large amount for supplemental insurance. The staff that took her were nice but, people were rude when we called.
