Horrible communication . Confirmed a pickup for someone last week . Doesn’t take Toyota insurance! This place is a complete fraud and scam. I cannot believe our city is allowing this. In your time of crisis and need, they are the face of greed.
Billed wrong insurance company. Tried to get them to bill correct one. No one would take info. 90 yo paid over $2000 when she pays a large amount for supplemental insurance. The staff that took her were nice but, people were rude when we called.
It's the responsibility of your company to bill correctly. It's your company's responsibility to follow up to ensure that you're paid, not mine. It's a blessing that your company was paid anything by Medicare since they paid a claim that was the responsibility of the hospice company to pay.
