Sent me to a hospital where I was physically assaulted and I told them I didn’t wanna go to that hospital in the first place cause they abuse patients they are known for that and the ambulance did it anyway
AMR THE COMPANY should be ashamed of themselves -- they have been balance billing me $3846.29 for months now. This practice is illegal under state and federal law. My insurance already paid the contract rate and I owe the deductible (a small dollar amount) but AMR keeps trying to mess with me. We've filed a grievance and Sonoma County should consider not contracting to AMR for the EMS services if they are going to try to rip citizens of like this.
