About a month after using this service (not by choice) I received a call from a collection agency requesting payment of the full amount of over $1,000. I told them I hadn't even received a bill and it couldn't have been submitted to my insurance. I told them i hadn't received a bill and wasn't paying anything until I did, and could see what insurance paid. Finally got it straightened out. They picked up my friend took her to center point in April '24 ok. But, they ran into my car and damaged it. My car was parked across the street, down two houses. The girl took my info, pictures. Said someone would call. No one has called. I have called several times. No return calls. It damaged the metal on the side and unconnected the bumper. It is now end of August and no calls. I did report to my insurance company. They have not heard anything either.
Worst experience in my life. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MISTREATED.. Kirsten and Brandy were the worst paramedics I've ever encountered. I've been on the medical field for 17 years an I would never treat my patients this way
I agree with all the reviewers. The ambulance personnel were excellent - but they seem to be working for the wrong company. The billing and administration is horrendous! They go by several different company names, telephone numbers and addresses, and I was afraid I was responding to a scam. I called them three times and each time I could not make myself understood to the representative. One seemed to be in the Philippines and the other in India, but they were not good English speakers. Today i had a medical emergency at my home and the driver absolutely showed no compassion, empathy or care what so ever! She ran her ekg test and said well it’s normal so do you still need a ride to the hospital? This isn’t a ride share situation it was a real emergency! Then she told the patient go jump in back of the ambulance ( a walk thru the ice at that) didn’t even attempt to put the patient on the bed.
