These were the most unprofessional people I have ever came across. I would never have them again.
Awful service, no bilingual individuals who care to try and relate to someone who speaks another language. My brother does not speak English and when they got him they were rude and upset with him due to the language barrier. They should at least have someone who understands, not a welcoming company. Then when he said to take him to university health using google translate they ignored him and took him to Centerpoint. Be more diverse with better understanding staff.
