I think that it's too bad how the reviews do not represent a balanced reality. When I suffered two heart attacks and heart failure, I would not have made it without the crew that took charge, knew what they were doing, and kept me safe until I get treatment. I was really sick today, Which isn’t a completely not uncommon thing to have happened to me but it’s more serious right now because I had had a valve between my stomach and my esophagus destroyed when I had my son. Anyways, over the last 30 years, the valve has degraded and there’s nothing left the there so I have to have it reconstructed. The gentleman on the ambulance treated me way better than the people at emergency!!! Thank God for them!!!!
Trying to help answer a question the paramedic had on what had happened and he was so rude and told me he would only listen to patient that I was not aware that they were coherent. Very mean attitude paramedic had. I was just trying to help!!!
Would have never gave one star but it wouldnt let me write a review without it. I had just got off work at 11:23 pm and started the 26 miles back to my home. Just as I was coming to the end of the double lane this vehicle flew up on me and tried to push past me. The aggressiveness they had made me think it was just some rude impatient person. AMR was very rude and degrading to someone with medical conditions I wish the company would teach their employees how to have empathy for others
