Make sure you absolutely need a ambulance because the gouging of the ride is obscene. They said there were issues with my heart when I got to Sacred Heart no issues. Now I am stuck with a 3k bill and with 8k deductible with insurance I am screwed. Hell of a cab charge for a false alarm. Very disappointing that you have to gouge the public. Not happy.

On 2/15/25 my 38 yr son collapsed he was unable to speak and could barely move pointing to left side of face down left side. I told them my son was having a stroke or Aneurysm. The paramedics and ambulance service said NO because he could move his arms. I was not happy. They sat in front of our house for over 30min before they took him to hospital. Then stupid Valley sent him by ambulance to Deconase after stroke med given for monitoring it took them 5 hrs my Son then had another massive stroke MY BEAUTIFUL SON DIED ..

My father was supposed to be picked up at 11am today to be transported to a mind care facility. We were just told by Holy Family staff we would have to wait until 5 pm now! This is totally unacceptable. My father is going through a lot medically including dementia. With a dementia patient time and punctuality is a must. Your company has made no effort to try to rectify this situation. We just have to wait. If you only knew what we have went through the past two weeks! I will be filing a complaint

Well, I see another review like this one. Ambulance crew came and stated person at our apartment was probably sick (been going around). This is a person that previously had a stroke but they insisted it wasn't another stroke. Guess what. It was a stroke and she's in ICU.

Horrible experience with this transport. Instead of being on a stretcher when unable to move from nausea, dizziness and vomiting they only had chair and the transport people acted like it hadn't been used forever. It was very uncomfortable. They kept saying I had to get in the chair to go down 4 steps on the outside of my house. Never expererienced this treatment or anyone in our family.
