On 8/1/25, I witnessed a disturbing lack of urgency and care from Dekalb AMR near the corner of College Ave. and Clifford Ave. around 8 AM, following a car accident that occurred near our clinic. Our staff — including a physician —assisted immediately. One woman was lying on the ground, drifting in and out of consciousness, and the doctor stabilized her neck, am while we waited for EMS.
