AVOID!!! – I was rear ended today in Arlington, TX and an AMR crew transported me to the hospital. One of the EMT's was making comments during transport that I wasn't really hurt and must be faking it. He kept making inappropriate comments regarding my partner as well. He was Hispanic with several visible tattoos and I think his name was Jessie. Another EMT was with us and witnessed the entire ordeal. Good professional Service – I was taken from Brackenridge Hospital after sustaining multiple fractures from a head on collision accident to St Davids Rehab and the ambulance crew did an awesome job. AMR provided fast and dependable service and the ambulance crew was very professional and compassionate. Highly recommended!!
