Overpriced. $3000 for transport less than 2 miles with a dislocated shoulder. That's not just outrageous, it's cruel.

Somehow this company “lost” my sister-in-law’s” bag with all her i’d, medical, credit cards, prescription reading glasses, password book, phone, denture partial, and more. It has been a month in tracking exactly what happened. She had the small luggage case on the gurney until they arrived at the hospital. The bag never came into the ER. This woman served our country in the military and a correctional officer. Nobody will take responsibility for any of this.

These people have no heart they just want to haul you off in an ambulance like as if it's a Hurst they could care less about your well-being these people are inexperienced and heartless

I never thought that any EMT would ever find it funny when it comes to a patients medical condition. But obviously Brandon an emt felt the need to discuss a patients need with other EMT’s and laugh about it instead of helping the patient and assisting them. I find this very unprofessional and inconsiderate and AMR should be embarrassed to have employee’s like this working for you’re company! I’m very appalled by this discussing behavior by a nonprofessional individual.

First. Why are your reviews 50-50? Second. Staff talks rudely and unprofessionally to patients. When reported, supervisor says "I don't have a problem with that, do you have any proof?" I wouldn't trust these people with my or anyone's life if that's how these people are aloud to comport themselves.
