Excellent customer service. Was able to go in and get precise measurements for support hose. Exact item was ordered. They worked with our medicare coverage. Overall very pleased with experience!
This company is owned by a veteran but taking veterans money fraudulently. We have returned the product in March and they still collect the full amount from Tricare and billed us. When I talked to them they said sorry they will fix it but they are still billing us for the product we never used and returned. I will never work with this company again. It has been 5 months and they still can’t figure out their own mess.
AMERICAN MEDICAL REHAB CO Worst billing service ever! They go through Doxo and they charge you $3.99 to pay your bill plus my amount due was $35.16 total was $39.15. due by April 17, 24. I paid with my USAA CARD on time on April 15, 24 and withdrawal posted on April 16, 24 showing immediately out of my bank account!!!! I have proof a copy screen shot and downloaded from my bank account. I checked and they rcvd my payment.
