The mediation was great as it ultimately helped me get my child custody issue worked out with me ex. Took longer than expected, but the mediator was very patient with me and honest about some realities, even when I would have emotional breakdowns. I would recommend them for anyone dealing with family issues.
Do not use them if possible. Paid for a mediation that never concluded and just got dropped. No work went into finding a solution. Tried calling ALWAYS got voicemail. Would receive text messages stating the issue would be handled only for nothing to be done. It's been 4 months and nothing has been done to fix the problems. Asked for a partial refund for services not rendered and received no response. I used them for my divorce and I thought using them a second time would be great. It was not. I will not be returning.
The negotiation and conflict management assistance by the firm was amazing. Mr. Sternke is a complete professional and has extensive experience and knowledge in this practice area. Great service!
