Robert came to our home to replace the tires on my brother’s wheelchair. He was very courteous and respectful. He arrived on time and went to work right away. It was not an easy task but he worked diligently to complete the work. My brother is very pleased with his new tires and appreciates Robert’s time spent replacing them.
Visited there today to try out lift recliners. The young man who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the chairs.
I've been working with these Dan Ennis and his team for 10 years now -- they never fail to provide me with professional, timely support. Whenever we encounter delays, it invariably turns out to be VA bungling, something neither of us can do anything about....except wait!! Highly recommended!
I was referred by the manufacturer of my father's lift chair to purchase a replacement controller. I worked with them over the phone for OVER A WEEK and the part has not yet been ordered by them. I made my last call over 24 hours ago with no response back yet. I'm am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service. When you are dealing with elderly (my father is 86 and NEEDS his lift chair to work) there should be an urgency to getting their needs taken care of.
