I continue to be impressed with the service and personnel. They called me to schedule the bi-annual service on my HVAC (which they installed flawlessly approximately 18 months ago). They will continue to be my first call for HVAC and plumbing needs. The staff are polite, professional, and efficient always.
Wayne and the American Mechanical team are amazing! Our AC went out and he was here the next morning as promised, ordered our new system and installed it asap! Definitely our only HVAC team going forward!!
Nothing worse than your air conditioner breaking on the hottest day of the year. We called American Mechanical Services and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. Wayne and his team worked hard for an entire day to replace our entire air conditioning unit and fix some duct work in our attic. They installed a new top of the line system that started cooling our home immediately. 10/10 customer service, quality, and overall communication from Wayne. We will definitely be using him from now on.
Wayne showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do and did it right the first time. Would highly recommend for any plumbing or HVAC needs!
