Do not recommend. After my dad worked there for 19 years and finally left for a better opportunity, AMS did not give him any appreciation for all the hard work and dedication he gave to the company. He did not receive a card, cake, bonus check, NOTHING! But apparently "going to be really hard to replace" according to the manager of the construction department. They really do not value and appreciate their employees as much as they claim to, especially field guys.
One of the worst commercial HVAC companies in the industry. I do not recommend hiring this company.
