I told him the contract was for a carrier, quoted a price for a Carrier unit. Did not let him install Inferior equipment. Find out next day He was trying to bill me for 3 hours of tech. time to diagnose the fault. It literally took 10 minutes. Technician sat out in front of my house for 2 hours.
