Absolutely great to make a sale but the quality sucks so bad first bed was brought to my house and Absolutely defective took them 12 months to replace it. They gave me another bed and it's just as BAD sank in, not good quality Absolutely a hunk of junk and of course American mattress waited to get the 2nd bed until warranty expired. Will never do service with them again I pulled the sheet and bed cover off to show the ware down, bed has a permanent indent innit that's been here since day one

I wanted a short queen with no memory foam, and they had a perfect mattress they could modify for me. It was less expensive than any other mattress in the area, and they modified and delivered it within a couple days! I'm finally sleeping comfortably. Highly recommended.
