Scheduled a load to be delivered at 10 am and said please don’t come early b/c have a strict schedule. They came 30 mins early. Well worked around that only to find out they couldn’t dump in two separate locations or dump while rolling. Driver ADMITTED to being inexperienced. And said she couldn’t dump but at one spot. So 10tons of gravel has to now be wheelbarrowed all the way to end of driveway....a good 75 yards...called company and they argued with me about driver being experienced. I currently work for AMC. Their safety standards are above and beyond. They strive to ensure a safe workplace for their workers and visitors. Now they just recently bought out a company I formerly worked for called Glasscock company and of course I'm praying for the best. But so far they have shown that they do care about the safety of their employees. They get the utmost respect from me for that.
Not a good company to drive for, work hard for them will get you no where, they find ways to get rid of you when times get slow. Then desperately seek drivers when work picks up. Hence, signs all over the place looking for drivers, Trust me you can do better than this outfit can offer !!!!!
