This facility offers marine & powersports service and a rental program for pontoons, fishing boats, family boats for skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, and personal watercraft. In addition to being the home of the Largest Showroom in STATE, we are also located on beautiful Shawano Lake home to some of the best fishing and waterfront activities!

Ben in the service center did an awesome job going through our new boat with us. Even though we purchased a boat from American Marine in the past, he took the time to go through all the details and even some new features we were not aware of. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Even found us a spare tire for our trailer, which we were having an extremely hard time finding.
Found the boat I wanted at a good price. Customer service was excellent from the time I walked into the showroom until I drove away with my boat. All questions were answered by Ben K. at time of delivery.
Ben in deliveries was very helpful made sure I new everything about my new Uforce utv before I left the store, helped me load it up and get it strapped onto my trailer.
WARNING !!! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT OR PUT A DOWN PAYMENT WITH AMERICAN MARINE IN SHAWANO WI UNTIL YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK. I PUT A $400.00 DEPOSIT ON AN OUTBOARD MOTOR 7 WEEKS AGO. I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME SAYING " IT IS A RESTOCKING FEE" FOR AN ITEM THEY CAN'T EVEN GET. RICHARD YUNK, THE MANAGER OF OUTBOARD MOTORS, CALLED ME AFTER I SUBMITTED A LETTER REQUESTING A REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT AND INFORMED ME THAT I SIGNED A CONTRACT, SO NO REFUND. If outright lies, unkept promises, pressure to leave a down payment and then being ignored after they have your money is what you're looking for, then Ric and the rest of the employees at American Marine in Shawano is exactly who you're looking for! 4 weeks ago I made a down payment on a new motor for my boat, and was told we could have the deal done in about two weeks.
