Very friendly staff! Boat rigging and installation are poor. Had some issues with the original rigging/installations. This spring I asked them to install a new Lowrance HDS / S3100 module / 3 in 1 Transducer on the pontoon. The units did not function because the wiring was incorrect. Secondly, if the tech would have finished the installation by programing the module with the HDS unit, they would have discovered the units did not work.
