Very friendly staff! Boat rigging and installation are poor. Had some issues with the original rigging/installations. This spring I asked them to install a new Lowrance HDS / S3100 module / 3 in 1 Transducer on the pontoon. The units did not function because the wiring was incorrect. Secondly, if the tech would have finished the installation by programing the module with the HDS unit, they would have discovered the units did not work. We decided to winterize and store with American Marine in Hayward this year, primarily because I have been really impressed with their level of customer service each and every time I've interacted with them. That held true today when they came by to pick up our Barletta. I was on an important client call and they were so quick and quiet that neither I nor my dogs knew they'd been there.
