It’s pretty crappy when you call to make sure they would be open, they tell you yes, you make special trip and they are closed!! No one answers the phone, nothing. Not cool!!
Called wanting to get a quote to remove and replace existing lift. The response was quick with a quote the following day. Price was reasonable, so I put the requested down payment down. A couple months went by, so I contacted the office. I was told the lift had been ordered and should arrive within three additional weeks. American Marine's response was amazingly fast. My first call and email were answered immediately by more than one person. My dock repair issue was diagnosed and an apppointment was made to schedule and repair our dock lift. Highly recommend.
Excellent company to work with . They have helped us with all our boat lift needs for years in Crystal River . Recently it seems they have added new employees that are very helpful and responsive. Our boat dock needs it seems at the moment are ongoing . The girls in the office immediately e mail me back and let me know when the guys have time to swing by . I'm grateful to have this company in Crystal River.
