Steve was diligent in working with me over the course of about five weeks. From financing issues, to the first boat being sold, to vacations and what not, Steve made sure the deal was still done effectively and was responsive, attentive, and respectful the whole way through.
We wanted to have some upgrades completed on our 2019 Sylvan Pontoon. We reached out to American Marine and Jesse from the service department responded promptly with a quote for our requests. Following the quote we took our unit in and in less than a week they had everything we asked for completed AND $200 under the total quoted estimate! They were very easy to reach and kept us updated every step of the new installations.
