We met Ross at a boat showing that we were interested in. He arrived early and presented the boat with professionalism. A lovely boat that with no pressure tactics at all from Ross. A few days ago myself and my broker left Ft. Lauderdale to go Sea trial a 2021 Regal 36XO. We left at 6:30 in the morning and at 10 AM we received a phone call from our surveyor saying "Don't bother turn around". One of the engines over heated almost immediately and the sea trial couldn't proceed. Having bought and sold five boats, this last one was tricky in that it was an antique. Gordon quickly identified a buyer, prepped the buyer well, handled the negotiations smoothly, stayed in touch, cleared up hanging issues, and did all of it with professionalism and even a bit of charm. Sharon marshalled all the bits for a very smooth close. It was an extremely good experience working with such efficient and competent people.
