I have been a repeat customer. I had two vintage lawn chairs sanded and powder coated. One of the chairs had an obvious error in its application and I sent them pictures verifying it was an application or product error. I called and asked them to redo the chair. Their story was it was an error in the manufacturer's powder and that they would redo the chair at an additional cost to me of $100. Their error but at my expense. GREAT customer service
Very helpful folks. I stopped by after going to West Marine. These folks actually took the time to look at the parts I needed and showed genuine interest in finding them.
American Marine provides outstanding customer service, professional work, and great communication and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend doing business with them. The owner, the mechanics, and the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming.
