I had an awful experience with American Stone and Marble. Their customer service is terrible. I purchased countertops for my kitchen, and they completely botched the measurements. The appliances didn't fit properly, and left gaps. When I raised my concerns, they tried to convince me that it was fine, which is unacceptable after spending thousands of dollars. I have never written a review in my life, but I had such an amazing experience with AM&S, that I just had to share my experience. We remodeled, and put an addition onto our kitchen. Very happy with the quick and professional work done by Theo, Clarissa and the rest of the crew. Had old countertops replaced and kept the cabinets and everything was perfect in the end.

I called and asked for who I thought the owner of the company was. The receptionist just said "There is nobody here with that name" and then hung up on me. I was looking to make $40K-$65K purchase order and that's the first interaction I get?? I will happily take my business elsewhere. Don't let this review speak for the company and its work, they could be great for all I know but I just will not know based on that simple interaction. Hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence with how that receptionist speaks to people.
