I had an awful experience with American Stone and Marble. Their customer service is terrible. I purchased countertops for my kitchen, and they completely botched the measurements. The appliances didn't fit properly, and left gaps. When I raised my concerns, they tried to convince me that it was fine, which is unacceptable after spending thousands of dollars. I have never written a review in my life, but I had such an amazing experience with AM&S, that I just had to share my experience. We remodeled, and put an addition onto our kitchen. There were ALOT of cabinets to configure. It wasn’t easy, but Clorissa did an amazing job helping us to design them. Very happy with the quick and professional work done by Theo, Clarissa and the rest of the crew. Had old countertops replaced and kept the cabinets and everything was perfect in the end.
