I just had a hair transplant procedure with them and the experience was very pleasant. I booked with them about 3 weeks ago and each time I had questions, they always responded with appropriate timing and with clear answers. The procedure itself went extremely smoothly and the operating staff was very calming. They definitely care about their clients, as they would ask me time to time if I was okay, which made me feel much more at ease. Mixed reaction to my experience. First of visual, the office was not clean. The doc i had was good, very direct and answered all my questions but he dodnt seem happy with schedules, office staff, etc. no idea why. there was one woman, strong accent, who was a bully and wouldnt let us speak when we had questions. should have done more research, would have probab;y gone elsewhere. Sorry for any typo's

Currently on my 5th prp session, the results have been amazing. My hair feels fuller than ever and it keeps improving after every session. The staff is super friendly and helpful, from Alejandro helping me book the sessions to Michelle making each treatment as painless as it can be. Can’t recommend it enough.
