Ok cleaning
I just met Donna(owner) and she is awesome. She is very hospitable, funny but most of all a very hard worker and dedicated to the best interest of the client. I retrack the star and above review. This woman is a snake. She hired me uner the table and now refuses to pay. She weaseled personal favors in so she could mooch parts off my husband and I, for a converted harley trike. Her employees are drug addicts and thieves. WATCH OUT
We have had the worst experience with American Maid Matters. We have used them for the past 7 months – with constant hesitation and second/third/forth/ect. chances. The owner is extremely difficult to get ahold of and has a HUGE list of excuses for everything when you do talk with her. We started out with having her “girls” clean for us. They consistently missed thing (showers, stove, floors, ect.) and left things all over the house (rugs on couches, rags on toilets, cleaning supplies on counters).
