Inexperienced. Work too quickly resulting in broken and damaged items/walls/floors. Recommend you be home when they clean - not something I had to do with my previous cleaning person who retired.
Literally the best cleaning service (and people) we have ever used. I trust them completely in my home! Every time they clean, my day gets better.
