Hi. I ordered the double bit and had it shipped to Toronto. The axe is a gem, and the staff professional. I’m saving for the fireman’s now.
Beautiful and functional!
My wife bought me the "Camp Hatchet" for Christmas as I am an avid offroader and camper. After the rigors of a session out I dislodged the head of the axe. I contacted the company about a repair and within 24 hours we had arranged for a replacement axe. When exchanging the axe you could tell his passion in his product and he was humbled. Let me know to call him if I ever had any other problems. I doubt I ever will as he explained the issue he found on his inspection and showed me that the new axe didn't share the flaw. Not impressed. Customer service lied about the tracking number. One of the axe handles was warped and had pencil writting on it. At least the grain orientation was good.
They work incredibly hard to make beautiful products and it shows!
