Attention Katherine Forbes: I am very disappointed that most (if not all) of my donation did not go to helping the Lung association but instead was spent by the Advertising Dept. I received cards, labels, stamps, gift bags, name tags all mailed in a large (expensive) cardboard shipping container which MORE than USED UP the dollar amount I scrapped together to send.
