These people DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!!!! I came in for a SIMPLE oil change. They thought it would be nice to clean the corrosion off my battery, little did they know that when they did that my entire terminal came off!! This happened AFTER I paid almost $300 for other things that needed to be done. If they never would've cleaned my battery it would've NEVER happened.
