Called on Tuesday to schedule some detail work. Guy on line was so unhelpful and told me the guy who schedules detailing is not in. Then silence. So I asked if I should come by tomorrow to schedule? Mumbles, yes. So I turn up today and it’s locked up, eventually someone ambles over from the oil change area and tell me they’re only open Friday and Saturday. Gobsmacked. Terrible service. Will take my business elsewhere.

Can someone tell me HOW this business won Best of the Brazos 3 years in a row????? I tried calling last week before driving 30 minutes into town. I called multiple times. I get there and they said it would be a long wait. So I came back the next morning EARLY. I waited in line for 25 minutes before anyone "noticed" I was even in line, then they said they could not get me in that day. So I came back today, again-EARLY.
