Walkin shower had to be re-installed when 1st effort had a warped shower pan (floor). 2nd pan didn't drain properly - water puddled along three sides. Couldn't contact manager.

Why is this place still open? November 27 2021 we purchased a walk-in from American Bath(American Lotus LLC) after a hefty down payment Matthew said it would take 6-8 weeks before the product would be received and we can schedule the install appointment. Early January 2022 we text Matthew to check on status. We where notified that it was "stuck on a boat" install would be delayed. 2 weeks later that his (crew 1 person) had Covid19. As far as I can tell, American Bath cannot complete a job, correctly and stop giving customers the run around. I had thousands of dollars of my belongings destroyed when they flooded my basement from 3 leaks this company left and their response was “well that’s why you have homeowners insurance”. The job was supposed to be completed at the end of September and 4 months later it still isn’t done and they want more money from me to make it look the way we discussed. I am livid.
