I needed a mold of a key made and they don’t do it but the gentleman that answered the phone texted me a number to a locksmith that does do that and he was in my area! Great guy, never got his name though

Trevor with American Lock and Safe has exceptional customer service, experience, attention to detail, etc. We will never call dispatch or another lock smith again. (This was on a Saturday evening ball practice.)

I’m going to keep this shorter, because it sounds like Google is killing reviews that are TOO positive. Duran came out to my house for an emergency and while I’m embarrassed it happened, I’m grateful for him (turns out I didn’t know there were two different size deadbolts)! I broke the new/replacement deadbolt I was trying to install, but couldn’t reassemble the old one, and was spiraling a bit when I called American Lock and Safe. Very nice man! He was running late from a previous project and called and made us aware. We definitely appreciate that! He came to the house, took care of most of our needs and is coming back in a few days to key a few more doors for us! Highly recommend! He knows his stuff!
