American Loans has refinanced my home several times. We took out originally a 30 year mortgage with no closing costs. We had a very good experience. A few years later we wanted to reduce the time left on our mortgage so we could go from 27 years left to a 15 year fixed rate mortgage. We checked with several companies to compare and American Loans gave us the lowest rate and costs. We just refinance our home AND THEY WERE GREAT!!! They gave us a 15 year loan at omly 2.75% and our closing costs were only $2,230 we are saving a ton. My parents recommended American Loans they havr used them for years now is our turn. We looked around other companies and our bank and nobody could beat their deal. I strongly recommend them.
