Our elevator stopped working, I had no idea who to get to fix it. I found out American Lifts and Service was an authorized dealer, called them, spoke to Will who was extremely helpful. He was very patient, took his time with me over the phone, did research on my elevator. He ordered the parts needed, came to my home as soon as he received the parts with Scott, both men put the parts in within 2 hours my elevator was back working like new. Called in a problem with one of our stair lifts. The guys came the very next day. Great response and work!
Scheduling was super fast got me service asap. They were very friendly on the phone. The workers today very nice and knowledgeable had the work done fast very experienced another great experience. Highly recommend
Staff was professional, friendly and completed repairs in a timely fashion.
