Sent in a part for my motorcycle. It took 2 months for it to be looked at. Now I've been waiting for it to be shipped back for over a week. I've been given a tracking number so I can see they haven't mailed it yet. And to top it off they won't answer or return calls and according to the shop next door no one has even been there this week. I pissed off at this point will never be contacting them again after this.
No one answer the phone for all time
