Let me start by saying the good the location is convenient, located less than a block from the train station (6 line- buhre ave). Also price is great when you’re on a budget. Lastly parties are 5 hours (you pick the time) and you can decorate all day. The place itself is not appealing visual-wise, there is tape still from Other parties on the wall, the ceiling and walls need paint urgently.
