If your driveway and patio dont fall away from your house, count yourself one of the fortunate few When they fill the dirt around the foundation, they just dump old clumps of dirt back in, barely compact it and wonder why 90+% of their homes have sinking around their homes... they have no clue how to build a home in CO which is a shame because i really wanted to love this house.
