I had a potential leak issue with my pool. Called them up, explained issue in detail. They went over process with me, including what happens if a leak was found and if it wasnt. Process and pricing clearly explained. Rep was out within a couple days. Showed up on time, explained process again, walked me through everything and provided a lot of great info on pools (unrelated to the leak). Overall, this was a really good experience and I would use them again if ever needed.
I was so impressed with the technician and this company, I had a situation with a leak in my pool, he showed me what was going on, told me it was a small fix, I did agree for the charge before they came, and they only charged me service call ,besides this this young man was so very nice and considerate to this old guy. I will recommend this company to anyone, they care just so legitimate,
Bad service. Called and scheduled for tech to come by and see if there was a leak. The company stated that I need to have someone there between the times 10 am and 12 pm. The tech showed up at 9:26 am and waited till 10 a.m. and left. When I called the company they stated their tech had reported that he had got to the residence and 10 a.m. and no one was home. Very responsive, fair, clean, and thorough. Wouldn't wish a slab leak on anyone, but if it happens, call these guys.
