These guys are pros and honest. Last week we had a different leak detecting company come by and not only did they overcharge us (more than double than what American Leak Detection charged us), they didn’t even really pinpoint the issue and said we had a second leak in a different room and come to find out, there is no such leak. Excellent service.
I wanted to take a few mins and recognize Veronica at American Leak Detection for her assistance with my home. I have a vacation home in Palm Springs that needed some repairs. I called American Leak Detection and spoke with Veronica who was courteous, extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. So I proceeded to schedule an appt for service. I had a potential leak issue with my pool. Called them up, explained issue in detail. They went over process with me, including what happens if a leak was found and if it wasnt. Process and pricing clearly explained. Rep was out within a couple days. Showed up on time, explained process again, walked me through everything and provided a lot of great info on pools (unrelated to the leak). Overall, this was a really good experience and I would use them again if ever needed.
