Technicians figured out problems with in ground built spa and even told me how to fix the issues myself. Money well spent!
Spoke to Amber and Wendy. Both were very courteous and knowledgeable. Afterwords it seemed like the test would be worth the cost. Matt performed the test systematically and found the leak quickly. I had spent several days narrowing down the leak, but without the help of Matt I would still be trying/digging to determine where the leak was located. Max was very thorough and helpful. He was able to inspect my mother's home and determine there were no water leaks inside or outside. It didn't solve the mystery of the County meter showing my mother was using 100 gallons per HOUR, but it will help us in getting her bill readjusted. Thanks Max and American Leak Detection!
I’m very disappointed and absolutely unhappy with the organization and the lack of service that I have received from this company. I called in on Monday and scheduled an appointment Wednesday between the hours of 8 AM and 9 AM. I told Amber who is taking my call. This was something I can make possible with moving my schedule around.
