Great service and excellent service man.
Had a bad water main leak and got lucky with a cancel so they got me an appointment within a day. Max came out and detected the problem then came out on a Saturday to do the repair. He worked tirelessly and got it handled to stop the flow of water down the drain. Great guy who knew his stuff and worked with me as I had a busy Saturday. Couldn’t be more happy with the service!!!
Codey responded and determined both the location & source of a leak. His analysis of the problem was spot on. I have decided to follow his recommendation and have the repair work done as he outlined in his report.
Matt K. from American Leak Detection did an excellent job fixing my underground service line leak. On a previous visit he was able to pinpoint the leak location, which as luck would have it, was located under a concrete walkway. He offered not only to fix the leak but also to do the necessary concrete repairs. I got estimates from other plumbers but they wanted to cut away a larger part of the slab and did not include the concrete repair, leaving me to deal with another contractor for that.
