We had a great experience with Lew! He was very courteous and professional, even with my young daughter watching and following him around the whole time. It is not always comfortable having a stranger in your home, but Lew did not make it feel that way. Great staff and great interactions overall.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! I was told by City of Caldwell that my water bill doubled because I had a water leak. Debbie and Lew were BEYOND AMAZING!! When I scheduled my appointment with Debbie, she was so friendly and assured me that my house would not flood before my appointment. Lew called me when he left Boise to let me know he was on his way. Judging by how the old guy in his van exited the freeway in a manner that forced us to swerve out of our lane and almost hit someone else, definitely wouldn’t recommend. He rolled down his window and mocked us too. Sad to see small businesses operate this way.
