They don’t deserve one star. They were here a lot less than a hour, pressurized the line and said my hydrant was screaming and I was loosing one gallon per minute. I paid $320 for that information. I had a plumber dig up the hydrant and fix a leak of one teaspoon per minute. They said they found a leak and that was what I contacted them to do. They wanted another $190/hr to come and locate the real leak. They also refused to refund any of my money. Be careful if you do business with these people.

Matt came out to detect a leak under our slab. He was on time and called 30 minutes prior to let us know when he would be there. Matt explained everything he was doing and patiently answered our questions. He exceeded our expectations of the service and was both polite and professional.
