RecommendedDid a fantastic job of finding our leak! They were able to work me into the schedule, couldn’t ask for a nicer set of guys to come help me! I think they used every bit of equipment they had and found it in about an hour. I felt super confident in their expertise, abilities, equipment and presentation of findings. Can’t go wrong with this company!
Brad is their only pipe repair guy. What a joke. Do not hire this company. Brad does not use any PPE for himself which is ludicrous. And, I will publish his inept fix for our leak. It was done so poorly, it started leaking once again. It took 4 days for it to show up. We will be seeking legal advise.

RecommendedWe heard water running behind the wall of our 39 year old house. ALD's technition Russ came out and found the leak and fixed it! 10 days later we heard water again even louder in a different place. We called ALD again and Paul Shaw came out and found another leak (remember it's an old house). Both of these men were really wonderful. Very professional and considerate and got the job done and cleaned up so nicely. Recommendedvisit #1..Jeff Cables and his partner were very professional and diligent to find the leak In our pool. Poor guy was a trooper to have to get in to detect it on such a cold day. visit #2..REPAIR: Jeff & Partner did a wonderful job in repairing the leak which involved cutting out and repairing the concrete for access to the pipes. We Highly recommend this Company
Not only are these people unprofessional, I think they’d need to take some sort of course to learn what being a professional really is. Plumbing situations can be emergencies and when these people schedule an appointment with you for plumbing repair, you may as well disregard it. After not showing up for my scheduled appointment, instead of taking responsibility or being in the slightest bit apologetic, all I got was a bunch of crap from them.
