You bring your mower in and after 5 or 6 weeks and a very rude person who answers (sometimes) the phone, they may get it back to you after which you use it once then it has to go back because it wasn't fixed right the first time. The money it cost you for them to be rude to you could be used to purchase a whole new mower. Never again!

Every person is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. There is no pressure to buy or to upsell products. Service is reasonable with good turn around times.

Went to American Lawnmower in mid 90's to buy lawnmower, weed wacker, gas powered hedge trimmer, met Peter the owner - Great with a Fantastic Business !!!
